क्रीडा, सामाजिक योगदान आणि परिश्रम यांच्या समृद्ध परंपरेत वाढलेल्या महेशदादा लांडगे यांना मजबूत मूल्ये आणि समाजसेवेची प्रेरणा त्यांच्या कुटुंबाकडून मिळाली. त्यांचे वडील कै. किसनराव शंकरराव लांडगे हे राष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील नामांकित मल्ल असून त्यांनी भोसरी येथील भवानी तालीममध्ये अनेक युवा कुस्तीपटूंना मार्गदर्शन करून राज्यस्तरीय यश मिळवून दिले आहे. त्यांचे कुटुंब सार्वजनिक सेवा, क्रीडा, शेती, उद्योग आणि कामगार कल्याण या क्षेत्रांशी दीर्घकाळ जोडलेले असून समाजासाठी कार्य करण्याची परंपरा जपली आहे.
या मूल्यांच्या आणि जनतेशी असलेल्या दृढ नात्याच्या बळावर महेशदादा लांडगे शाश्वत विकास, समाज सक्षमीकरण आणि पिंपरी-चिंचवड तसेच महाराष्ट्राच्या उज्ज्वल भविष्यासाठी सातत्याने कार्यरत आहेत.

Mahesh Dada Landge served three consecutive terms as Corporator, building a strong foundation in grassroots governance, civic development and citizen engagement.

Mahesh Landge completed his schooling at H.A. School, Pimpri and later pursued higher education at Sanghvi Kesari School.
During his student years he actively participated in Kabaddi and Wrestling competitions and developed strong leadership qualities.
He served as President of NSUI Pimpri-Chinchwad and successfully worked for various student welfare initiatives and educational issues.
His background in sports, social work and youth leadership eventually led him toward active public service and politics.
